Creative Direction, Brand Identity
A tech company's Performance team was looking to reframe their visual language in 2024. The solution was to create a new look that represents the team's mission — enable employees to successfully navigate through career paths and conversations, a journey that is unique to each individual employee.
A vital part of the creative direction was to design for a wide employee audience through abstract graphics that point to career themes, regardless of where they are on their own career path. 

Creative Brief: 
Create a suite of digital assets to use for internal communications to support key messages and connect with employees during their Performance journey.
